Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns should be done within 30 days of receipt of your item if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Return shipping charges apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging. (The exception to this rule is holiday shopping time. Any purchase from November 1 - December 31 is eligible to return in unused condition until January 31st.
Refund Options: You can choose store credit, or have the original payment method refunded. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
However, if your item was damaged or defective we will help you get a replacement item, a store credit, or a full refund.

About Refunds:
Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item. Although we process your refund as quickly as possible, there are often further delays with your credit card or bank processing the refund. All returns must arrive at our warehouse in resalable condition otherwise we reserve the right to withhold any or all of your refund.
If you purchased your item using a gift certificate or a portion of a gift certificate, that portion of your credit for your return will be given back to you in that form. There will be no cash returned for purchases made using a gift certificate.
Canceling Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We do ship same or next business day so if your item has left with a carrier we will likely not be able to cancel your order.
Damages
Items shipped via UPC, FedEx or USPS must be opened as soon as possible once you receive your item. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to replace the item.
If you purchased a large item that shipped via LTL/Common Carrier, the item must be inspected before you accept the delivery. If there is obvious damage please refuse the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.
